It also plays an important role in the country&#8217;s economy &amp; development.<\/p>\n<p>Sidamo is a very well-known region with rich soil, ample rainfall and optimum temperatures that yields some of the finest specialty coffee beans.<\/p>\n<p>Its distinguished bright apricot, jasmine and caramel tasting notes have been influenced by the wet-processing method.
